Water Purification Systems
Hydrolab Demineralizers - TECHNICAL Series
The TECHNICAL demineralizers are the widely used water purification systems fed by tap water, that retain 96-99% of dissolved organic and non-organic contamination, heavy metals and radioactive elements. Fully automated and unattended, equipped with a control and measurement system, monitoring all the stages of the water purification process. Obtained water matches the PN-EN ISO 3696:1999, ASTM, CLSI standards for the third class water quality.
Perfect for washers, analyzers, autoclaves, environmental chambers, water baths, HLP demineralizers, as well as, through developing a proper network, supplying several laboratory rooms and floors.
Hydrolab Demineralizers - HLP Series
HLP demineralizers use tap water and fit every modern laboratory's requirements in areas of supplying with purified water for instrumental and analytical purposes. Conductivity of obtained water does not exceed 0,055 µS/cm, so it is applicable for PN-EN ISO 3696:1999, ASTM, CLSI, FP IX standards. Water may also be used for AAS, ICP/MS, IC, HPLC, GC instrumental analyses. In addition, our demineralizers are equipped with a microprocessor control and measurement system.
Hydrolab Demineralizers - SPRING Series
SPRING demineralizers are devices fed by tap water, with a richer equipment and an advanced automatics. Same as the HLP demineralizers, SPRING systems produce water of a 0.055 µS/cm conductivity, fitting the PN-EN ISO 3696:1999, ASTM, CLSI, FP IX standards. These devices are dedicated for more demanding users by having an extended automatics, that allows the user to: monitor the disposable materials performance process, backup data, adjust alarm levels for the feed water, the water processed by the reverse osmosis, and the ultrapure water, control the automatic membrane rinsing, and the ultrapure water recirculation function. Systems also have safety protection functions for a comfortable device performance.
In SPRING systems, the demineralization process on ion exchange resisns is based on the SQF system (Slow Quick Flow), a new hydraulic solution allowing the filtrate recirculayion, keeping double demineralization. SQF results in a more efficient final demineralization by extended contact of a filtrate with the resin, while keeping a high product emission rate.
Disposable modules count in SPRING systems is reduced to two: A (initial filtration) and B (cleaning column operating in the SQF system), connected by quick connectors, so the replacement procedure may be performed easily by the user.
Hydrolab Purifiers - ULTRA Series
Devices providing ultrapure water, that fits the PN-EN ISO 3696:1999 standard for the first purity class. System is fed by an external source of initially purified water that fits the requirements of II or III purity class, according to PN-EN ISO 3696:1999. Cleaning module is a fully automated and unattended system, equipped by default with an automatic diagnostic apparatus.
Water purification levels: deineralization and recirculation on a mixed ion exchange resin (TOC), UV lamp - 185/254nm, ultrafiltration, microfiltration (0,45/0,22 μm capsule).
Hydrolab Demineralizers - R Series
R demineralizers devices, that combine features of two series: Spring and Cleaning into a one system, optimizing investment expenses/costs by eliminating common construction areas. These devices produce ultrapure water, that fitting the FP IX and PN-EN ISO 3696:1999 standards for first purity class. They are also equipped with an extended automatics, that allows the user to monitor disposable materials performance, data backup/archiving, individual adjustment of alarm levels for feed water parameters, water after reverse osmosis, and ultrapure water, along with controlling the function of automatic membrane modules rinsing. These systems also have several set s of protections included, for a comfortable system operation and user experience.
Hydrolab Deionizers - BASIC Series
BASIC deionizers are devices of high demineralized water production efficiency. The quality of obtained water, depending on the tap water flow intensity, varies between 0,2-0,8 µS/cm. Fully automated and unattended maintenance-free devices are equipped with a microprocessor control and measurement system, which constantly monitors the water parameters. Purified water fits the PN-EN ISO 3696:1999, ASTM, CLSI standards for second purity class. BASIC deionizers are a perfect source of high quality water for washers, analyzers, autoclaves etc.
Hydrolab Stations - PLUS Series
PLUS series stations are devices used in tap water softening, preparing it for further treatment by Hydrolab's HLP, TECHNICAL, SPRING demineralizers. They remove ions of calcium and magnesium from water.
A resin is treated by cyclic regenerations, so it can be replenished to its initial performance of water softening - the system is able to operate over many years.
Hydrolab Demineralizers - INDUSTRIAL SYSTEMS: SPRING/TECHNICAL Series
INDUSTRIAL SYSTEMS - SPRING/TECHNICAL demineralizers, of an industrial efficiency of between 100 and 1000 dm3/h, allow to obtain water of a high pureness, matching the standards of PN-EN ISO 3696: 1999, ASTM, CLSI and FP IX.
These demineralizers may be used in an industry (pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, electronics, etc.) as a central unit producing demineralized water, distributed through a network, feeding multiple laboratory rooms, floors or particular devices.
