Operation is quick and easy.

Applications include tissue homogenization, DNA/RNA research and extraction, cell lysis, protein extraction, biofuel research, pesticide residue extraction using QuEChERS or the SweEt method.

Typical samples include animal tissue, plant tissue, cell cultures, fruit, cannabis, seeds, yeast and bacteria.

Pourers Stackers

DISTRIWELL system allows for autonomously pouring 320 dishes in less than 30 minutes. Media sterility is maintained from the media preparatory, until ready to be poured into a plate, through a filling zone protected by UV rays.

Media Preparators

Our two models of culture Media Preparators the Mediawel 10 (1-10L) and the Mediawel 30 (2.5 – 30L) allow you to prepare time and time again, with consistency and traceability, culture media from 1L up to 30L. It is possible to prepare various types of culture media such as blood agar and media with supplements while guaranteeing optimal temperature homogeneity and fertility of the media. The Mediawel 10 and Mediawel 30 culture media preparators are easy to use, program, clean and provide an ergonomic design for the operator. The stirrer is made of stainless steel and is set in place by means of a magnetic mechanism, that makes it very easy for you to remove and put back. This is especially important for the cleaning of the inner chamber where the media is being prepared

It has a versatile clamp accommodates titer plates, vials and all standard SPE plates.

      • Applications include: This automated homogenizer is ideal for high-throughput processing of samples for isolation of nucleic acids (RNA/DNA), enzymes, yeast, proteins, and bacteria. It allows users to run a large number of preloaded stacked titer plates unattended. Samples can be pulverized with or without buffer using a variety of grinding media.
      • Typical samples include: Animal tissue, plant tissue, cell cultures, yeast, fruit, and bacteria.

Cryogenic Grinders

Freezer/Mill®

Some samples are impossible to grind at ambient temperatures. the Freezer/Mill® is a programmable cryogenic grinder specifically designed for milling and grinding of tough or temperature sensitive samples. Samples are placed in sealed cryogenic grinding vials then immersed in liquid nitrogen (LN). The samples are cooled to cryogenic temperatures then ground by a magnetically shuttling impactor.

Since the vials are sealed, the cryogenic grinder maintains the integrity of its contents. Volatile compounds are retained, hazardous or critical samples are easily controlled, cleanup is simplified and cross-sample contamination is eliminate.

      • Typical samples include: Animal tissue, plastic and polymers, yeast cultures, pharmaceuticals, tough or sticky food products, electronic components, textiles, hair, teeth, bones, plant tissue, cannabis and packaging
